COVID-19 Update
To our Customers and Community:
As a result of the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Sportsman’s Creek would like to provide an update to our customers detailing the necessary steps we are taking to follow the World Health Organization and local guidelines. Our focus, as always, is on the welfare and safety of our employees, customers, and business partners.
Sportsman’s Creek is open and continuing to serve our customers. We are continually monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed.
In an effort to promote the health of our team, we have implemented a work-from-home policy. We expect no delays in our daily team functions as we have guaranteed that all team members are equipped to work remotely.
We have implemented travel restrictions until further notice, which includes employee travel as well as outside visitor access.
We are working as quickly as possible to ship orders and answer your questions while following enhanced protocols. As a result of increases in order volume, we are experiencing shipping delays.
We will continue to do our utmost to serve our customers and partners to the highest standard with the excellent service level you have come to expect from Sportsman’s Creek.
